Orders are made using the form available online on the Wines & Hospitality Projects website. Availability: The summary list of wines for sale is mentioned under the “PRODUCT” tab. The list of products available is subject to change as a result of subsequent sales. In case of unavailability, Wine & Hospitality Projects Sàrl undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. We reserve the right to impose a quota system for certain products that are only available in very limited quantities. Order Confirmation: The sale is concluded once the customer has sent the order form and a confirmation has been returned by email. The goods will be delivered to the buyer once payment for the order has been made. In confirming their order, the customer declares that they are of the legal age of 18 years to purchase these products. Shipping: Delivery costs (valid for the whole of Switzerland) * 1 to 6 bottles: 15 CHF * 7 to 12 bottles: 20 CHF * 13 to 29 bottles: 30 CHF Free delivery from 30 bottles or orders over CHF 500. We currently do not deliver to other countries outside Switzerland. Shipping is handled by our specialist partners, with delivery within 3 to 5 working days once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. Validity: Wine & Hospitality Projects reserves the right to modify the prices, the selection of products and the conditions of sale without prior notice. Wines that are affected by cork taint or are defective will not be exchanged or replaced. Damaged packaging: All articles ordered must be carefully checked at the moment of delivery. In case of damage, you must inform us by writing within 8 days of receipt, after which time the delivery shall be deemed compliant. Retraction: The buyer benefits from no right of retraction, whatever payment method has been chosen, and may not return goods that have been ordered.
